What is the retailonesolution Network?
The RetailOneSolution Network is a merger of three SAP partners. They complement each other perfectly in terms of technology and strategy in order to jointly offer THE ONE solution for handling sales and merchandise management data. By merging the checkout (SAP Customer Checkout) and store management (SAP CAR) in real time - integrated right through to the backend - they create CAS Concepts and Solutions AG and hokona GmbH a solid basis for equipping retailers for complex customer journeys.
However, omnichannel merchandise management and customer management are only one side of the SAP coin.
