KassenSichV 2023: DSFinV-K and TSE exports

Date

Why serious mistakes are being made here

Since October 2020, retailers have been obliged to implement the KassenSichV. From the beginning of 2023, this will also apply to those who have made use of an extension of the deadline to convert their cash register and archiving system. In HealthCheck workshops, however, the CSK often finds that retailers are still not sufficiently prepared for the audit.

The Consult-SK GmbH (CSK) is an expert in the field of cash register data archiving and auditing in SAP®. Back in 2017 - well before the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV) came into force - SAP® Process Consulting developed the AddOn Receipt4S® which serves as a central entry point to the POS data. In this application, it is child's play to check POS data including TSE signature and DSFinV-K for completeness and to make this data available when the tax office comes knocking.

CSK regularly establishes that such an add-on is essential in HealthChecks with retailers. Real cash register data is imported into the system and checked in Receipt4S®. The frequent result: the data is incomplete and cannot be exported to match. A real disaster in the event of an audit!

To raise awareness, this video explains what a solution could look like:
